International cooking school

The international cooking school is based in Villa Jamele, right in the heart of the Estate, in the middle of a natural "stage" near the vegetable garden, the vineyard, the woods and the other areas of the Farm. Therefore, much of what is used in the kitchen comes straight from the land surrounding the Villa.

The school has a professional kitchen entirely dedicated to educational workshops, and a small resort with 10 rooms that can accommodate up to 20 students simultaneously. Furthermore, the students can also use the Restaurant in the Garden, the real dream come true that leads products and creativity "from the garden to the table".

The international cooking school where you can experience a high-profile training, oriented to both those professionals who want to improve their knowledge on Apulian gastronomy, and simple enthusiasts. The courses take place from September to November and from February to April (to be agreed with the crew of the Villa, according to the different personal needs). The number of participants can vary from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 16 people. The course lasts 6 days, there are 5 hours of practice and theory lessons per day.

Learn how to distinguish the different varieties of fruit trees, herbs and vegetables.

Our cellar and wine

All the production steps from the vineyard to wine tasting.

Bread and pasta

Study of various types of wheat, bread making, main types of Apulian bread and pasta.

Milk and cheese

Introduction and tasting of the many Daunia dairy products.

Wild herbs

Their collection and use for an intelligent cooking.
